TMTD-TV
My favorite music videos, rare movies, live chat and general tomfoolery. And every once in a while you might just catch me working on something live in the studio. On occasion we'll be live from different shows, parties, and other messes I've gotten myself into. PLEASE NO INTERVIEWS.. Not even on Sundays. Thanks.
An alternative to TMTD-TV, What you'll find here is really more random stuff that I come across wherever I am, captured by the trusty (albeit with terrible battery life) Nokia N95. Very Very Random.
this is a tough one….jamie foxx pic definitely was a curve….but….i have no ideaa…maybe a co-producing colab with beastie boys featuring lil wayne for the “soloist” soundtrack?….
all 3 got new albs comin…beastie r workin on one, jamie fox n wayne both got albs comin in dec so who the hell knows, all i kno is bongo beat is sick as fuck
[…] a musical amigo of mine were convinced Jamie was in fact, NOT on the version we were listening to (but this proved me wrong as to how I thought it was really Just Blaze’s song). Fast forward 2 hours later and Jamie’s version pops […]
think wayne ruins it a bit, liked the flow & then it kinda turned messy. also with him on it sounds bit like a million remix..not a bad thing tho i guess.
My question is …if you are making these “REMARKABLE” tracks with no samples (”Live Your Life”, “Exhibit A”, “Let Me Have Another”, Makes Me Wonder”…etc..) How relevant is sampling in today’s music scene?
Would it be wise for myself, (whom which I consider to be a beat maker) who is capable of making beats with no samples to make the conversion & stop sampling?
I know, I know…..no interviews “even on Sunday”, but I contribute to the Blog somewhat…so some type of direction would be much obliged.
speakin of which…Just tries to be sneaky..like secretly singin along with rihanna in live ur life in the backround but very low so u either question if hes singin along with her or u question ur own sanity
Ecks, I’m 100% sure you meant no harm, but thats how rumors and hearsay and beefs unintentionally get started.. especially in this day and age. Hope you understand. BTW that wasn’t exactly how it happened, though that’s neither here nor there.

hmmmm…its a beat for the Beastie Boys, created by Just, Lil Wayne sample, equals the unevenness(sp?) of Jamie Foxx’s hairline? I’m stumped…
