True story: From jump street my homie Just Blaze was fundamentally
against this concept. This female rap comp shit. Mostly because he
knew that since he was a guest in week 6 of ego trip’s Miss Rap
Supreme that by the time I got to his blog all of his fave lady of rap
classics ("Survival of The Fittest," "Cram To Understand You," "Wrath
of My Madness," "My Mic Sounds Nice," "Queen Bitch") would be taken
like the last piece of bacon. Who doesn’t dine on swine?
Still I poked and pulled and I finally got the big homie to dig deep
and turn some of his honorable mentions into the below collaborative
list. Note: At press time, we couldn’t get our hands on the Real
Roxanne’s "Romeo (Part 2)" so y’all are gonna just have to make due
with these 16 flavors of feminine fire. Ha! Mr. Smith, I owe ya. Thank

Allow me to ramble:
Bahamdia is forever slept on. ‘True Honey Buns’ was crazy. Jazzy and all that. I used to love that video.
I’m falling in love with Jean more and more every time I hear her. She’s killing it with the whole ‘I can rhyme and be sexy without shoving my tits in your face.’- thing.
Finesse & Synquis. Eddie F ftw.
Queen had a handful of heaters. ‘Just Another Day’ burns. I never noticed the Treach Factor back, either. Good call YN.
Rage was supposed to come back a few times. I heard rumors of her getting some really ill production, too.
I’ll openly admit I have a soft spot for Foxy, solely on the strength of the stuff that got leaked around 2002-2003. ‘Fan Letter’and ‘All My Life’ in particular. Regardless of how much Jay wrote, INN had joints, kid. And she had a freestyle on HOT 97 that I got on a Flex tape sometime ago, over Nore’s ‘Nuthin’…yikes.
I hated ‘Diamonds’. Imo, Kim never had to make another song after ‘Queen Bitch.’. The Big reference track was stupidity, too.
