TMTD-TV My favorite music videos, rare movies, live chat and general tomfoolery. And every once in a while you might just catch me working on something live in the studio. On occasion we'll be live from different shows, parties, and other messes I've gotten myself into. PLEASE NO INTERVIEWS.. Not even on Sundays. Thanks.

An alternative to TMTD-TV, What you'll find here is really more random stuff that I come across wherever I am, captured by the trusty (albeit with terrible battery life) Nokia N95. Very Very Random.

  • Paul: I would just like an explanation, I assume there was a good reason.
  • C. Baines: lol @ Gene. May he be buried in the best Rico Tizio extra medium t shirt and rich guy jeans.
  • TheSonningSensor: First day of school…I just premiered the LRG Limited Edition Transformers...
  • $port: …The denim with the wallet chain printed on >>>> Dior Homme…
  • Victory: RICCCCOOOOO TIIIIIZZZZZIIIIIIOOOOOOOOO. where can i cop it?

    What ever happend with Saigon?

  6. show was aiight, good job first time out, as his DJ, work wit him more with connecting with the crowd a bit when he gets into his dialogue……..beyond that once the general public gets familiarized with his songs…he should be just fine…….good lookin out on the live footage, Peace!

  7. Ive got mad love for Jay and was supporting him throughout the show, but you could tell that both he and the crowd were frustrated with each other. Im not really sure what happened, but Jay left the stage and threw the microphone down. Dont give up kid! Your fans are still here…

  8. I would also like to add that that was one of the least energetic NYC crowds I have ever seen … standing still, no live excitement. Maybe it was because it is a Sunday night.

  9. Show was good for a first, crowd wasn’t live at all though.
How does DJ A.Vee throw on Triumph and motherfuckers not get amped?
Jay did his thing, a bit too emotional at times but im sure he’ll find the proper balance between song and dialogue as he does more shows.
The sound system wasn’t the greatest either, but def’ lookin forward to this man rockin more shows and becoming the main event.

  10. Jay Elect fanbase should translate to Mos Def fan base but for some reason they weren’t quite ready yet. I was the little circle of people who were going nuts but nobody else really appreciated Jay’s open, emotional nature

  12. i love his recorded output so far - but he choked!

Should of done a quick college tour before hittin up NY for the first time.
Practice makes perfect. De La used to have the worst show in hip-hop- now they have one of the best. It definitely takes work. Dont give up jay!
